Rage of Roses Return & Refund Policy

At Rage of Roses, we want you to love your purchase. Due to the nature of cosmetic and personal care products, we have established the following return and refund policy to protect the health and safety of all customers.
Returns
For hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetics, skincare, haircare, lip products, eye products, and personal care products cannot be returned once opened, used, or tampered with.
We accept returns only under the following circumstances:
The product arrived damaged during shipping.
The wrong item was shipped.
The product is defective upon arrival.
The product was missing from your order.
Return Request Period
Customers must contact us within 14 days of delivery to report any damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items.

Clear photos of the product and packaging
Unopened Products
Unopened, unused products in their original packaging may be eligible for a return within 14 days of delivery, subject to approval.
Approved returns must:
Be unused and unopened
Have all original seals intact
Be in resalable condition
Include original packaging
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
Opened cosmetics
Lip glosses
Lip oils
Lipsticks
Liquid makeup products
Eyeshadow products
Face and body makeup
Haircare products that have been opened
Sale or clearance items
Gift cards
Promotional or free items
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to:
A shipping error by Rage of Roses
A defective product
A damaged shipment
Replacements
Rather than issuing a refund, Rage of Roses may offer a replacement product when:
An item arrives damaged
An incorrect item was received
A product is defective
Replacement requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Rage of Roses is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist with a carrier claim.
Allergic Reactions
Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists prior to purchase.
Because individual sensitivities vary, Rage of Roses cannot offer refunds or returns for allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, or color preference issues. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional if necessary.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order has entered fulfillment, it cannot be canceled.
